Project Details

The project features two basement parking floors, a ground floor, 39 floors of apartments and a parapet top. It also has a swimming pool, a leisure area and a gym.

Rising 176 meters high and with a built-up area of more than 63,000 square meters. The tower contains a mix of two and three bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses.

The tower has aluminum cladding panels, curtain walling and apartment balconies, with inclined glazing and pre-cast concrete roof elements at varying heights.

Total built up area is 63,000 m2.
